Realizations

1/10/22

This past week in ISM I took an extensive amount of time to think about what I want to do for my final product, as I had a lot of free time. I think for my final product I want to do an experiment on mirror neurons. With this, I would want to test different behavioral responses and impulses, and write a research paper on my findings. It would sort of be like a brain stimulation game, which I find to be such an exciting idea. I can’t wait to turn my ambitions into a final product I am extremely proud of. For this week, I need to communicate better with my mentor and make sure she has completed all the necessary steps, so that I can go on my first mentor visit. I also need to complete my assessment early as I am going to California on Friday. In terms of professional growth, I need to get better at doing things well in advance, so that I can ensure I am putting forth my best work. As I am a junior now, this is something that I learned is so crucial, as I find myself having so much work nowadays.
